515-517 Peyton Street (constructed 2000)
– This newly constructed duplex is significantly larger
than the surrounding single-family homes, yet the design of
the duplex with a unified front porch, compatible height,
setbacks and width, use of wood siding, along with locating
the garages in the rear of the building, creates a compatible
new construction in massing and scale and does not significantly
impact the streetscape.
