SUBJECT: Meeting Dates and Deadlines
Petitioners must submit complete applications prior to the
deadline to allow for staff review and consultation. Petitions
will be scheduled for the hearing date noted or the next available
agenda based on the order of submittal.
Meeting dates are subject to change. Petitioners will be notified
of any meeting date changes.
The Plan Commission meets on the second Thursday of each
month.
Petitioners will be scheduled by the staff to appear before
the Development Committee and City Council upon fulfillment
of all conditions for approval. Revised submittals requiring
ANY staff review must be submitted 10 days prior to the meeting.
ALL LATE SUBMITTALS WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED
MEETING.
Petitions will be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole meeting following final Plan Commission action. The Committee
of the Whole (C.O.W.) meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month. (Special meetings concerning
Economic Development issues may be called by the Chairperson
on an as need basis.)
Petitions will be forwarded to City Council meeting following
final Committee of the Whole action. The City Council meets
on the first and third Monday of the month.
