Project Description
This project involves the rehabilitation of various alleys located throughout the City. The improvements involve converting existing gravel or asphalt alleys to concrete alleys. Concrete alleys are more durable and can better accommodate the heavy loadings from garbage truck usage.
The west half of the Manchester alley will be reconstructed in the Summer/Fall of 2011.
