The Administrative Services Department includes the divisions of Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technologies . The Department is responsible for conducting special projects; administering employee compensation, benefits, personnel policies, and recognition program; assists with employee recruitment and selection, collective bargaining and risk management; managing the City's computer network, maintaining the City's website, monitoring cable television-related issues, all utility bills and payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for the City of Geneva.
