Access to the E-Pay system is granted only if your phone number is on file with the Utility Billing Division of the City of Geneva.

Any credit cards payments over $500.00 are subject to a service fee ( currently the fee is 2.61%) this is subject to change monthly. This amount will be added to your balance after the payment is posted.

*If you are paying your utility account on the due date, please be advised a late fee may be assessed to your account. Payments take 48 hours to update to your utility account, plan accordingly.*

If you'd like to arrange to have your bill deducted automatically each month from your checking account, simply print out and complete an Authorization Agreement and then submit this form along with a cancelled check to the Finance Department during normal business hours.
