TECHNICAL INFO:
All locations will have access to a power source, either by generator or extension cord / exterior outlet. Two locations (lots) will be set up for larger bands. There will not be a stage platform in any of the locations, but there will be a designated area for you to perform. There will be an “emcee” at each location to introduce the acts.
Please be at your venue location at least 30 minutes before your performance time. Please bring your own stool, small amp, microphone, etc. as no PA or sound system will be provided. You are welcome to promote yourself or your act, to collect tips or sell CDs after your set. As this is a family event, we request that the content of your song selections do not contain profanity, screaming or suggestive lyrics. Your audience may be strolling or will provide their own seating.
NOTE: Rain date for this event is September 30 th. If you are unable to make the rain date, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
