Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create diverse cultural art experiences that engage the community by:
- pursuing the active participation and cooperation of the art community, government, business, education, and private sector,
- providing resources and opportunities for both the art community and art patrons to experience art in their daily lives, and
- developing new and exciting cultural initiatives that encourage economic growth.

Vision Statement:
Recognized as the regional model for innovative and vibrant cultural arts; nurturing an arts-focused community where people desire to live, work, and visit!

Short Term Goals (to be reviewed quarterly in May, Aug, Nov, Feb):
- Develop a database of contact information for various people (artists, volunteers and patrons) and organizations, an inventory of spaces for events, resources, and calendar of events.

- Hold promotions, events, and fundraisers.

- Partner with other organizations, including event planning.

- Maintain an organizational structure and business plan (budget).

- Develop a public art policy

Long Term Goals (to be reviewed annually):
- Determine the need for a Cultural Arts Center, as well as funding options and possible locations.

- Establish a foundation and develop a long term business plan and staffing needs.

- Raise funds through annual events and grants.
