General Information for accessing audio recordings of Geneva meetings:
Most audio files are in Windows Media format (.WMA). Beginning in April 2010, all new audio files will be in MP3 format. If you don't have Windows Media Player, it can be downloaded for free here.
Files are provided in a directory view for ease of downloading. The directory structure is as follows:
CC = City Council Meetings
CODEENF = Code Enforcement Hearings
COW = Committee of the Whole Meetings
HPC = Historic Preservation Commission Meetings
MHB = Mental Health Board Meetings
MISC = Miscellaneous Meetings & Hearings
PLANCOMM = Plan Commission Meetings
ZBA = Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings
VIDEO = Video in Windows Media format of selected meetings (typically CC and COW) .
Most meeting audio files are named by their type (ex. "cc") and their date in YYYY-MMDD format ("2010-0401"). A Committee of the Whole Meeting from July 22, 2009 would be named: cow-2009-0722
