Dear Geneva Resident:

In the interest of getting as much information out to the residents of Geneva, I have decided to start posting all communication we get from Comcast regarding channel and rate changes (see table at bottom of this page).  You, the end user, should also be getting this info from Comcast. It appears, however, this is not always the case.

If you have a question regarding changes to Comcast's services or complaints, I would ask that you call me directly at (630) 232-1743 so that I can document your issue with the City.  Alternately, you can send me an email at pcollins@geneva.il.us that documents your experience.  In either instance, I will need to record the following information:

1. The date of the issue
2. The time of the issue
3. Your name
4. The service address
5. Your phone number
6. The nature of the issue

Please note your information will only be used so that I can attempt to quickly resolve your questions.

I would also like to solicit responses to the following questions:

1. What has your experience been with Comcast Cable service in Geneva?
2. Were you easily able to contact Comcast customer service?
3. How quickly do instances of unburied Comcast cable on your property or cable programming outages get resolved?
4. Does your bill accurately reflect your Comcast service?
