Public Education Programs

The Geneva Fire Department conducts yearly public education programs for all school age children, including pre-school participants. Programs are conducted within the school setting as well as at the fire station. Should you have any questions or would like to inquire about a possible program, please contact us.

Risk Watch Academy

For children ages 14 and under, the #1 health risk isn’t kidnapping, drugs or disease. It’s INJURIES! One in four children are injured seriously enough to require medical attention. With proper education, children can learn to be much safer and prevent injuries. Risk Watch is a fun, educational and interactive program brought to you by the Geneva Police Department and the Geneva Fire Department each summer for Geneva kids entering the first grade.
