Administration
The Administrative Division of the Administrative Services Department coordinates the municipal operations with City departments in the areas of personnel, compensation, employee recognition, collective bargaining, group insurance, risk management, and related safety programs.

The Assistant City Administrator is the Director of Administrative Services and supervises personnel in the Human Resources and the Information Systems Divisions, acts as liaison to the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee, monitors and communicates legislative information to City officials, researches and develops public policy proposals as directed, and carries out other special projects as assigned by the City Administrator.

This Division also collects Volunteer Applications for the Mayor. If you would like to apply for an Appointed Board, fill out an application and return it to City Hall.

Residents can find a Public Incident Report Form with this division to file a monetary claim with the City of Geneva.
