Geneva Classic Car Shows
July and August on Thursday Evenings
Fourth & James St., (Courthouse Parking Lot)
Check out the shining chrome and gleaming engines of antiques, custom build, sports and muscle cars along with food, music and a DJ; free admission.

Fox Valley Folk Music & Storytelling Festival
September 6-7, 2015
Eight stage areas present concerts, hands-on workshops, topical song & story workshops, dance, vocal & instrument classes and special things for the kids in Geneva's beautiful Island Park.

Festival of the Vine

September 11-13, 2015
Geneva restaurants create an array of specialties under an outdoor tent at the “Flavor Fare” partnered with wine and live musical entertainment. The Fall Harvest Market offers food and floral demos. An arts and crafts show, flower market, horse-drawn carriage rides and several exceptional wine tasting and dinner events also take place around the historic downtown.

Geneva Film Festival Summer Sampler
Saturday, September 12, 2015
?The Geneva Film Festival Committee will be showing a selection of the best short films from the past 8 years of the Geneva Film Festival just steps away from the Festival of the Vine. Three separate screenings will be held at 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm at the Geneva Park District's Playhouse 38 located at 524 W State Street in downtown Geneva.

Greater Geneva Art Guild ART WORKS
Saturday, October 17, 2015
The Greater Geneva Art Guild will celebrating community arts and culture during the October 17 show and sell at the Geneva Public Works Building located at 1800 South Street in Geneva.

Christmas Walk & House Tour

December 4-5, 2015
The traditional Christmas Walk begins at 6 pm on Friday evening as Santa makes his appearance to light the Great Tree and open his Gingerbread House for the season. The House Tour is held on both Friday and Saturday. Five unique homes decorated for the holidays will open their doors to visitors.

The Downtown Geneva Wedding Walk is the perfect time to see all Geneva has to offer to plan your unique wedding. Brides will have a chance to meet with venues, boutique shops, and visit some of the top wedding businesses in Chicagoland.

Festival of Art
Spring 2016
The Festival of Art features Plein Air painting around the city of Geneva on Friday. On the Greater Geneva Art Guild artists sell their art in an open market located on Campbell Street, located between 3rd and 4th and in front of the court house in downtown Geneva.

Preservation Walk
Spring, 2016
Celebrate Preservation Month with a self-guided walking tour of historic downtown Geneva by clicking here. Click on a number in the map for a photograph and brief description of the property. Posters will be placed in the historic buildings, or as near to them as possible. 

Swedish Day
Sunday, June 19, 2016
The Midwest’s oldest Midsummer festival dates back to 1911 and is held at Good Templar Park, 528 East Side Drive. This ethnic festival is organized by the Swedish Day Committee of IOGT and features an Arts & Crafts fair, Folk Dancers, Maypole Celebration, Live Music, Children’s Choir, and more.

Geneva’s largest festival features a host of family-friendly activities with live musical entertainment, a carnival, Kids’ Day fun, Grand Parade, Sweden Väst, a Grand Parade, multi-ethnic food plus great shopping in our historic downtown. Geneva’s train station is located just blocks from the festivities.

RiverPark Concert Series
Sunday Evenings, 2016

Geneva Arts Fair

Classic car enthusiasts will gather together again this year in Geneva, Illinois to view a beautiful collection of antique, classic and modern automobiles. Participants from all over the country will display their prized automobiles on Third Street hoping to be awarded one of the coveted "Benz" trophies.
