Premise Alert Program
Under the Illinois Premise Alert Program, residents with special needs or disabilities are encouraged to provide information to be used as guidance and provide assistance to first responders in the performance of their duties.

Information provided to the Police or Fire Departments will be entered into the Premise Alert Database and shall remain confidential. 

Residents will not receive any type of preferential treatment by providing information to the Premise Alert Program. First responders will not be held liable for duties relating to the reporting of the person with special needs or disabilities.
