Greater Geneva Art Guild

The Greater Geneva Art Guild was founded in 2012 as a means of promoting the fine arts in Geneva and surrounding communities and fostering fellowship and education among artists.

Mission and vision
The GGAG is dedicated to promoting the visual arts through area exposure, networking, education, inspiration and interaction with other artists. Its focus is to develop and promote the creative excellence of area talent intensifying the significance of local original art by community exposure and involvement; thereby giving an opportunity to expand the excellence of area visual arts.

Vote for the Art Guild's giving tree!
The Greater Geneva Art Guild will once again decorate a tree for the Geneva History Center's Giving Trees fundraiser, December 3-27. Please support the art guild by voting for our tree! Each vote is $1, and the proceeds go to the history center and the art guild. 

2014 Art Guild Tour
An opportunity awaits you; visit 12 artist studios on September 26, 27, 28.  Over thirty participating artists will have their works available to purchase, and you can meet the artists displaying their various art forms.  Tickets for this event are $10.00 and can be purchased on-line or at several Geneva locations including Geneva Ace Hardware, Circa, Gallery 28,the Art Box, and Crystal Life.  Don't miss the 2nd annual event of "artists in motion" Studio Tour. Times for the studio tour are: Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Geneva Public Works building, 1800 South St. 

Arty Party
On Saturday, October 4, you can mingle with the artists, enjoy refreshments, and have the opportunity to bid on many silent auction items. Tickets for the Arty Party are $25.00 through September 29; after September 29 and at the door, tickets are $30.  The event is from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. held at the Geneva Golf Club.
