      Risk Watch 2016 

Risk WatchFor children ages 14 and under, the number-one health risk is not drugs or disease: It is injuries.

Risk Watch is a fun and educational program brought to you by the Geneva Police Department and the Geneva Fire Department for Geneva kids entering first grade. We will provide thought provoking and fun activities designed to promote safe decision-making. Some of the topics covered in Risk Watch are:

  • Bike and Pedestrian Safety
  • Personal Safety
  • Falls Prevention
  • Water Safety
  • Electrical Safety
  • Fire and Burn Prevention

Risk Watch will be held at the Geneva Fire Department. We will be offering four sessions for you to choose from:

Session Dates Time
1 July 11 to 15 9 to 11 a.m.
2 July 11 to 15 1 to 3 p.m.
3 July 18 to 22 9 to 11 a.m.
4 July 18 to 22 1 to 3 p.m.

How To Sign Up
Registration forms have been sent home from school and are available on the City's website. All registration will be due by
May 31. The cost of the class is $30.
