Frontline Training
Frontline Training is a complimentary two-hour educational program hosted by the Economic Development Department for all business owners and employees. Attendees learn Geneva history so they can better tell “the Geneva story.” They will brush up on customer service skills which will build repeat business; they will learn what local resources exist; and how to engage customers to shop at another store, dine in Geneva, or come back for a special event. Contact your block captain to learn more, or call the Economic Development Department at 630-938-4555.

Frontline Training will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Please call the Economic Development Department at
630-938-4555 to RSVP.
