Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department includes the divisions of Administration, Human ResourcesFinance, and Information Technologies. The Department is responsible for conducting special projects; administering employee compensation, benefits, personnel policies, and recognition program; assists with employee recruitment and selection, collective bargaining and risk management; managing the City's computer network, maintaining the City's website, monitoring cable television-related issues, all utility bills and payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for the City of Geneva.  

Stephanie Dawkins bio

Stephanie Dawkins holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law, a Masters of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Elon College. She was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1997. 
Ms. Dawkins began her career in local government in 1993.  Prior to her appointment as Assistant City Administrator in 2008, Ms. Dawkins served the City of Merriam, KS as Assistant City Administrator; Broward County, FL as Human Resources Officer, the City of Brighton, CO as Director of Human Resources, and Shawnee County, KS as Human Resources/Labor Relations Officer.
