Electronics Recycling
The City of Geneva and Kane County have partnered together to make it more convenient for you to dispose of your old or unwanted electronic equipment.

The Geneva Public Works Department, 1800 South St., has a large container just inside the gate area on the west side of the building where you can place your used electronics. The site is open and accessible to the public Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This is a self-service program. Residents should take their items directly to the large container and stack their equipment inside. Before your visit, learn how to properly load your old electronics into the container.

Please take time to review our list of accepted items before you drop off your electronics.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Public Works at 630-232-1501.

Kane County Recycling
Kane County also offers a monthly electronics recycling collection event. View the county's website for dates and a list of accepted items.
