If you pay your bill electronically, do not forget to check out important messages and inserts you would have received if your bill had been mailed. 

Having trouble logging in?

Users having difficulty logging in might be experiencing some common problems:

  • Your account number has changed due to an upgrade to our new utility bill payment platform. Instead of a 12-digit account number, we have switched all customers over to a 13-digit account number. The two digits after the dash has changed to three digits. For example, if your account number ended “-02” it is now “-002.” Please use the new account number when logging in to your account.


Autopay
Never be late or miss a payment again. You can sign up for automatic deductions from your bank account on the scheduled due date. Print and complete the Authorization Agreement for Auto Payment form to sign up, change or cancel your AutoPay information. Include a cancelled check and mail to City of Geneva Finance Division, 15 S. First St., Geneva, IL 60134.
