The applicant is requesting a variation in the R3 Medium to High Density Single-Family Residential District to increase the allowable lot coverage from 45% to 52.76% for the purpose of removing a handicap ramp and concrete slab (total 240 sq. ft.) and replacing them with a 14’x14’ deck (196 sq. ft.). Currently, the lot coverage is 53.44%.
