1. A variation from section 11-5C-4 of City code to decrease the side yard set back from 12 feet to 9.2 feet for a preexisting screened porch.
2. A variation from section 11-5-6 of City code to increase the allotted floor area for their property by 905 sq. feet to allow for an addition to the garage.
