Amend the Fabyan Crossing Planned Unit Development permitted uses to allow a sit-down and drive-through restaurant on Lot 1 as a permitted use;
An Amendment to the Facade Sign Standards to allow for additional facade signs for Lot 1 outlot;
An Amendment to the Final Landscape Plan;
An Amendment to the Final Site Plan and parking requirements;
Final Planned Unit Development Site Plan approval for an outlot on Lot 1.
