The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Lappin Planned Unit Development (PUD), established under Ordinance 2002-45 and amended by Ordinance 2019-16, to remove restrictions for office uses on the first floor of 426 S. Third St. The PUD currently limits office uses to the rear portion of the first floor. The applicant would like the ability for office use to occupy the entire first floor or any portion thereof.
