427 Fulton Street Variation


Welcome to the 427 Fulton St. development project page, where you will find documents related to this project. The applicant is requesting a Variation to reduce the required street yard setback off of Fifth Street from 20’ to 1.5’ for the construction of a new garage, as well as a Variation to allow a detached garage in the corner street yard on a lot that is greater than 60’ wide. 

The City Council upheld the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to deny the variation request at its Oct. 5 meeting. If you have questions, feel free to contact our Community Development Department staff.
