The applicant is requesting an Annexation, Site Plan Review, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment related to the development of a semi-truck repair facility generally located northwest of the intersection of Reed Road and Old Kirk Road. The applicant is also seeking a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the subject property from B3 Business District (Kane County) to I1 Light Industrial District, and a Special Use to landbank 44 parking spaces.
