Public Hearing
The City's Historic Preservation Commission opened the public hearing Jan. 18 and continued the hearing on March 14, April 18, May 2, June 20, and July 18. The public hearing was closed July 18. At its Aug. 15 meeting, the Commission voted to deny the request.
The applicant filed an appeal of the Historic Preservation Commission's decision. The City Council considered the appeal Sept. 26 and unanimously voted to uphold the Commission's decision of denial.
