Welcome to the MIF Geneva Park project page, where you will find documents related to this project. The petitioner, Midwest Industrial Funds (MIF), is requesting consideration of multiple applications regarding a 211-acre light industrial development. The requested applications are as follows:
Annexation of 211 acres between the intersection of Route 38 and Kautz Road south to Fabyan Parkway
Zoning map amendment from the RR Rural Residential District to the I1 Light Industrial District
Preliminary planned unit development (PUD) and plat of subdivision
A public hearing will be scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the near future, to which all interested parties are invited to attend.
