Welcome to the MIF Geneva Park project page, where you will find documents related to this project. The petitioner, Midwest Industrial Funds (MIF), is requesting consideration of multiple applications regarding a 211-acre light industrial development. The requested applications are as follows:

1. Annexation* of 211 acres between the intersection of Route 38 and Kautz Road south to Fabyan Parkway
2. Zoning map amendment from the RR Rural Residential District to the I1 Light Industrial District
3. Preliminary planned unit development (PUD) and plat of subdivision

*The property is currently located in unincorporated Kane County. The City has no jurisdiction over activities that may or may not occur on the property prior to annexation.

Status

The City is awaiting revised documents for further review.  Upon satisfactory completion of professional staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
