The petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 11-3-3 of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance to allow a deck in a street yard and a variation from Section 11-5E-4 to permit a street yard setback of 17 feet instead of the required 20 feet for the proposed deck.

A public hearing will be scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the near future, to which all interested parties are invited to attend.
