Welcome to the QuikTrip PUD Amendment project page. The petitioner is requesting a planned unit development (PUD) amendment to allow for gas stations as a permitted use and to modify the approved PUD street layout at the southwest corner of State Street and Kirk Road. At this time, the request does not include final development plans. This proposal applies to PINs 12-01-351-015, 12-01-351-012, 12-01-351-013, 12-01-101-002, 12-01-101-003, and 12-01-101-004.

Status

The City is reviewing the proposal. Upon satisfactory completion of professional staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
