The petitioner is requesting consideration of three applications regarding a 7.51-acre site featuring two existing office/commercial buildings on Lots 1 & 2, and one proposed 4.25-acre truck parking and maintenance facility on Lot 3. The requested applications are as follows:
Annexation of three lots totaling 7.51 acres on Route 38 from Elm to Kautz roads;
Zoning Map Amendment upon annexation from the RR Rural Residential District to the B1 Business District for Lots 1 & 2, and the I1 Light Industrial District for Lot 3; and
Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD)
The City is reviewing the proposal. Upon satisfactory completion of City staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
