Several areas of brick ribbons along sidewalks and curbs in downtown
Geneva will be repaired and replaced starting the week of Sept. 24.
The project work zones will include:
Third Street
|
State (Route 38) to Hamilton streets
|
Fulton & South streets
|
Third to Second streets
|
Lower City Hall parking lot
|
Corner of First and State streets
|
The brick ribbons will be removed, leveled out and replaced. Work is
anticipated to be completed within two weeks, weather permitting.
The
project will not impact traffic and is expected to be contained to
primarily the sidewalks. A few parking spots along Third Street may be
closed at times. Access to the City Hall parking lot will remain open
during the project.
