A contractor inadvertently bored into underground primary cable causing a power outage impacting five Geneva customers at 12:05 p.m. July 11.
The outage took place generally near Logan Avenue and Center Street. Geneva's Public Works Department crews were able to repair the cable.
Power to all customers was back online by 3:05 p.m. July 11.
