Utility Dynamics has moved its underground cable replacement operations to South Seventh Street in mid-November in Geneva.
Construction vehicles may be parked along Seventh Street with cones, but traffic lanes in both directions are expected to remain open.
Scheduled power outages may be required during construction, and
impacted residents will receive notification two days in advance. Crews
will be working in either the public right-of-way or in utility
easements. Given the uncertain weather as of late, the expected completion may extend past the original Friday, Nov. 22 timeline. Final landscaping restoration will be finished by May 2020.
