Geneva Public Works responded to a power outage that impacted 10 customers at 12:40 p.m. Jan. 27 generally west of South Batavia Avenue (Route 31) and south of Fargo Boulevard.

The City continues to investigate what triggered the outage for customers at 1900 S. Batavia Ave., 1610 Dunstan Road, the 800 to 1000 blocks of Garden Avenue and 1610 Meadows Road. Crews were able to close a fuse after patrolling the electric line, and service was restored at 2:05 p.m. Jan. 27.
