Traffic has been reduced to one lane Sept. 10 on Route 31 from Franklin to Fulton streets as the Geneva Public Works Department is repairing a water leak.

Flaggers are directing traffic. Construction is scheduled to be completed before the evening rush hour.

Motorists may want to avoid the area and use Third Street or Route 25 as an alternate routes. Drivers should use caution if they must drive through the work zone.
