Geneva's Public Works crews are applying a roadway patch on East State Street (Route 38) near Sandholm Street (and Dairy Queen) that is reducing westbound traffic to one lane Sept. 15.

The patch iss needed after the City's Water Division had to fix a previous water main break in the area. Work is scheduled to be completed by early afternoon.
