The Geneva City Council welcomed two new members who officially took their seats during the May 1 meeting.
Alderwomen Anaïs Bowring (Ward 1) and Martha Paschke (Ward 4) were sworn into office for the first time after winning seats during the April 4 consolidated election. They were joined by returning Aldermen Brad Kosirog (Ward 2), Dean Kilburg (Ward 3) and Craig Maladra (Ward 5), who all earned another four-year term in office.
The City thanked outgoing Alderwoman Tara Burghart and Alderman Gabriel Kaven for dedicating their time and talent to the City of Geneva.
