[ARCHIVED] Tickets Available For International Cultural Exchange Committee's Wine Tasting Party

Come enjoy a night of fine wine to support the City of Geneva’s International Cultural Exchange Committee (ICEC) as they strengthen ties to its friends in France.

The wine tasting party will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 21 at Wildwood Restaurant, 477 S. Third St. in downtown Geneva. Besides a selection of fine wine, patrons can dine on appetizers and have their ticket entered into a drawing for two exciting door prizes.

Tickets purchased in advance are $30 per person or $35 at the door. To reserve your tickets or make a donation to the Committee, send a check payable to “ICEC” to Angela Chalberg Pool, 3349 Hillcrest Road, Geneva, IL 60134.

Money raised at the event will help host a visit this fall from the Committee’s friends from Croissy-sur-Seine, France during Geneva’s Festival of the Vine. The ICEC and its cultural partners from across the Atlantic Ocean have forged strong friendships and exchanges during the past eight years.
