Our transition to a new utility software platform is complete, but the process has caused delays in mailing out monthly utility bills in October and early November.
Customers normally billed on the 15th, 22nd and 30th of each month were expected to receive their bills on Oct. 23, Nov. 1 and Nov. 6 respectively. Bills normally sent out on the 6th of each month will likely be mailed Nov. 7.
