Our transition to a new utility software platform is complete, but the process has caused delays in mailing out monthly utility bills in October.
Customers normally billed on the 15th and 22nd of each month were expected to receive their bills on Oct. 23 and Nov. 1 respectively. Bills normally sent out on the 30th of each month also will be delayed.
