The City plans to lower the Geneva flag outside City Hall in memory of former Mayor Ed Crane, who passed away Oct. 19.

Mr. Crane served as mayor from 1981 to 1985. Prior to that, he grew up in Geneva and graduated from Geneva High School. The City flag will be lowered to half-staff from Friday, Nov. 25 through Monday, Nov. 28.
