Update Utility Account Information Form

    This form is to update the information on an active utility account. This form is to not be filled out to start or stop service. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department at 630-232-0854.

By checking this box, I agree to opt out of receiving a monthly paper utility bill and will receive a monthly notification through e-mail to view my utility bill on the City of Geneva utility bill portal. I confirm the e-mail address I provided under “Utility Account E-Mail” is valid and correct. I understand that I will receive an e-mail with a link to verify and confirm my account once my utility account is established.*

  6. You can also update your email address by logging into your account and clicking "eBill Enrollment".

  7. Update Automatic Payment Information*

    If you are enrolled in Automatic Reoccurring Payments, you will be able to cancel and re-enroll with updated payment information on our utility billing portal (www.geneva.il.us/1535)  under "Payments > Credit Card Enrollment". You will be able to sign up with an eCheck or card payment. You will be able to manage this auto-pay on the portal. For further instructions, please view the "Set Up Reoccurring Payments" instructional guide.

    If you are enrolled in our grandfathered Bank Drafting auto-pay system, you cannot enter new automatic payment information on the portal. Please select "I am enrolled in bank drafting" option below to select when to end the grandfathered auto-pay on file. Once your bank draft is ended, you will have access to enroll in auto-pay through the portal.
