The City of Geneva now uses SeeClickFix for the public to report non-emergency concerns to various City departments.
Normal City business hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Public Works is open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays.
Residents who had an account with our previous online Request Tracker platform will need to create a new account with SeeClickFix.
SeeClickFix is NOT monitored 24 hours a day by the City. If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately.
The best way to report power outages, water main breaks or more urgent Public Works matters occurring after-hours, weekends and holidays is to call the Geneva Police Department non-emergency number at 630-232-4736.
Police will dispatch the on-call Public Works City staff to investigate the problem.
Residents can request assistance on this page below (or open the portal in a separate window) with City services or report a problem such as parkway tree trimming, streetlight outage, code violations, potholes and dozens of other request categories. Users will receive email updates and can return to this page to check on the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, the case will be closed.
Download the SeeClickFix app (Apple App Store / Google Play) and enter in Geneva, IL as your destination. Once on the Go Geneva app, residents will be able to submit requests as well as access the City's most popular web features.
