Welcome to the Riverbank Laboratory PUD Resubdivision project page, where you will find information related to this project. The petitioner is requesting consideration of multiple applications relating to the Riverbank Laboratory PUD:

  • Final Plat of Subdivision to resubdivide 1516 Batavia Ave. into two lots;
  • Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for a standalone detached garage on the proposed northern lot until such time that a single-family dwelling is constructed;
  • Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the proposed northern lot from the I1 Light Industrial District to the R1 Low-Density Single-Family Residential District.

Status

The City's Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the proposal Aug. 20. The Historic Preservation Commission's recommendations were forwarded to the City's Planning & Zoning Commission to consider during an upcoming public hearing.

A public hearing will be scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the near future, to which all interested parties are invited to attend.
