[ARCHIVED] AT&T Accessing Manholes To Remove Old Cables

AT&T crews will be accessing manholes along Route 31 in Geneva this winter to remove decommissioned copper cables.

Work will be occurring from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday along the state highway from James to Division streets. The majority of the manholes are located in the parkway, and operations are not expected to impact traffic. No digging will be necessary to remove the old cables.
