Residents thanked Geneva Police Officer Kaley Smith for rescuing a baby duck that fell into a storm drain April 27 near the Herrington Inn & Spa. After the rescue, Officer Smith was able to reunite the baby with her family in the Fox River. Comments were posted on the City’s social media accounts.
