Twenty-two Geneva customers lost power July 24 after an electric pole arrester was discovered to be blown.
The incident occurred at 4:16 p.m. and impacted customers on Anderson Boulevard between Union and Gray streets, east of Richards Street/McKinley Avenue between Union and Gray streets; and Gray Street west of Anderson Boulevard.
Geneva Public Works refused the cutout (a combination of a fuse and switch) on the electric pole to restore service to all customers by 5:15 p.m.
