A bad primary transformer elbow caused a 2.5-hour power outage at three buildings Feb. 6 in the 500 block of West State Street and the 0 to 100 block of North Fifth Street in downtown Geneva.

Thirteen customers lost power at 3:15 p.m. Pubilc Works crews replaced the elbow and bushing to restore service around 5:45 p.m.
