Effective May 1, City of Geneva utility bill customers will notice changes in their monthly water rates.

The consumption fee per cubic foot will decrease, however, the monthly water base and sewer base charges will increase. The fees and charges range depending on the size of your water meter and the amount of water consumed per month.
