The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with an application for a Variation for the property located at 602 Maple Lane. The applicants are requesting a Variation from Section 11-5C-4 to permit a street yard setback from a front lot line of 22.32 feet instead of the required 35 feet for a proposed addition.
